Teach Us To Pray: The Struggle is Real

Struggling with prayer? You’re not alone! It’s hard enough talking with people we can see so why wouldn’t conversations with God feel weird? Calling all prayer warriors and prayer wannabes – gather in for the next few weeks as we discover Jesus’ simple but powerful framework for prayer.

THIS WEEKEND! Drive-In Worship is back! Sunday, October 25, 10:30am celebrate all that is fall and wave to your friends from the comfort of your car as we gather in the parking lot for some great music and an encouraging word. Our awesome hospitality teams at both the Tipp City and Fort McKinley locations will be there to show you where to park. Use 107.3FM to listen in on your car stereo! Bring your masks! Social distancing protocols are still in place.

The Family Bean Coffee Truck will be at the Tipp City CAMPUS dishing out delicious drinks from 9:30-11:45am. Fort McKinley will have coffee, cider and Jim’s Donuts!! Get there early to get your treat before worship starts.

Not able to join us in person? Online worship will still be available online through all the usual channels.

YG: Youth Group

YG has returned to The Avenue! Every Wednesday, drop your middle or high school student off between 6:00-6:30pm for a fun hang time and pizza outdoors (weather permitting – bring $3 for pizza). We continue inside with worship, games, and lively discussion with other students. We’re keeping with the safety protocols that are already in place on campus: social distancing, spaced out seating, masks, and lots of hand sanitizer available. Also, as an extra layer of safety, we’re taking students’ temperatures upon arrival. Email students@ginghamsburg.org with any questions.

Student Ministry Bible Study

We all want to be part of a community that feels like family. That kind of community isn’t easy to come by, but it’s exactly what Jesus had in mind for his followers when the Church first began. In this series, we’ll discover why the word “Church” means something much bigger than a building. We’ll learn what life was like for some of the earliest Christians, and we’ll explore four big ideas that mean as much for us today as they did to the Jesus followers who lived nearly 2,000 years ago. Middle and high school students are invited to join us for Bible Study on Sunday mornings at 10:30am as we discuss what this means. If your student wants to come early, we serve cereal out in front of the Avenue from 10-10:30am (weather-permitting).

We meet in person in the Avenue Loft and online via Zoom at the same time. Email students@ginghamsburg.org for Zoom login information.
